Monitor All Reviews
See every review in real-time, regardless of where it was posted:

Replying directly to Google Business
Prooflio allows you to publish responses directly to Google without leaving the dashboard:
- Log in to your Prooflio Dashboard .
- Navigate to Reviews > Unified Inbox in the sidebar.
- Select a review from Google Business.
- Type your response in the Reply box.
- Click Publish Reply.
Your response will be instantly published to your Google Business profile.
Responding to Other Platforms
For platforms that don’t allow direct API-based replies, Prooflio provides a streamlined workflow:
- Select a review from G2, Trustpilot, or Capterra.
- Click Reply on Platform.
- Prooflio will take you directly to the review on the respective site.
- Once you’ve responded, you can mark the review as Replied in your dashboard.
Team Collaboration
Invite your team to collaborate on review management:
- Assign Reviews: Delegate specific reviews to your team members for follow-up.
- Role-Based Access: Grant team members Admin, Manager, or Member access to your organization.
- Internal Comments: Add notes or comments to reviews for your team’s reference.
