Replying to Reviews

Replying directly to Google Business

Prooflio allows you to publish responses directly to Google without leaving the dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Prooflio Dashboard .
  2. Navigate to Reviews > Unified Inbox in the sidebar.
  3. Select a review from Google Business.
  4. Type your response in the Reply box.
  5. Click Publish Reply.

Your response will be instantly published to your Google Business profile.

Responding to Other Platforms

For platforms that don’t allow direct API-based replies, Prooflio provides a streamlined workflow:

  1. Select a review from G2, Trustpilot, or Capterra.
  2. Click Reply on Platform.
  3. Prooflio will take you directly to the review on the respective site.
  4. Once you’ve responded, you can mark the review as Replied in your dashboard.

Team Collaboration

Invite your team to collaborate on review management:

  • Assign Reviews: Delegate specific reviews to your team members for follow-up.
  • Role-Based Access: Grant team members Admin, Manager, or Member access to your organization.
  • Internal Comments: Add notes or comments to reviews for your team’s reference.
