Organizations
An Organization is the top-level unit in Prooflio. Organizations represent a business, product, or client and contain all associated review sources, AI insights, widgets, and team members.
- Each Organization has its own integrations, reviews, AI models, and social proof widgets.
- Organizations support team-based collaboration with role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Manager, Member).
Aggregate (Connected Sources)

The Sentiment Timeline is a core visualization in Prooflio. It tracks your aggregated sentiment across all platforms over time, helping you correlate product updates, marketing campaigns, or support changes with customer satisfaction trends.
Theme Clusters
Theme Clusters are AI-generated groups of related feedback. Instead of reading through thousands of reviews, you can see at a glance that 40% of your negative feedback relates to “Onboarding” or 60% of your positive feedback praises “Support Speed.” This allows for data-driven product and service improvements.
