The Prooflio Dashboard is your command center for review intelligence. It provides an immediate overview of your customer feedback across all platforms.
Key Metrics at a Glance
The top of your dashboard highlights critical KPIs for your organization:
- Total Reviews: The total number of reviews aggregated from all connected sources.
- Average Rating: Your weighted average rating across Google, G2, Trustpilot, etc.
- Sentiment Score: A 0-100 score indicating overall customer satisfaction.
- New Reviews: The count of reviews received in the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
Sentiment Timeline
The central visualization on the dashboard is the Sentiment Timeline. This interactive chart shows:
- Daily/Weekly Volume: The number of reviews received over time.
- Sentiment Distribution: The ratio of positive, neutral, and negative feedback.
- Trend Indicators: Automatic detection of sentiment shifts (e.g., “Sentiment is up 12% compared to last month”).
AI Theme Clusters
The dashboard displays your top Theme Clusters, allowing you to see which topics are most discussed by your customers.
- UX & Usability: Feedback on your product’s design and ease of use.
- Customer Support: Praise or complaints about your support team’s speed and helpfulness.
- Pricing & Value: How customers perceive your product’s cost vs. its benefit.
- Performance: Reports on speed, stability, and bug frequency.
Recent Activity
A live feed of the latest reviews across all platforms. You can click any review to:
- Read the full text.
- View AI sentiment and theme tags.
- Reply directly (if the platform supports it, such as Google Business).
- Add to a Widget or “Wall of Love” with one click.
Intelligence Briefs
The dashboard provides a preview of your latest Weekly AI Brief, summarizing the most important feedback trends and recommending specific actions to improve your product or service.
