How Review Sync Works

Once you connect a review source, Prooflio automatically starts importing your history:

1. Historical Sync: We fetch all past reviews for your organization.
2. Continuous Monitoring: Prooflio monitors for new reviews based on your plan’s sync frequency (e.g., daily or hourly).
3. Real-time Notifications: Receive instant alerts via email or Slack when a new review is received.

Replying to Reviews

Monitor and reply to reviews across all platforms from a single inbox:

• Google Business Replies: Publish responses directly to Google without leaving the Prooflio dashboard.
• Platform-Specific Replies: Reply to G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra reviews directly through their respective platforms.
• Team Assignment: Assign reviews to specific team members for follow-up.

Integration Methods

To connect a review source, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.
2. Select a platform (e.g., Google Business or Trustpilot).
3. Provide the necessary authentication or URL.
4. Click Sync Reviews.

Prooflio will now begin importing your history and will automatically monitor for new reviews based on your plan’s sync frequency.
