Importing Reviews

Prooflio connects to over 35 major review platforms, allowing you to aggregate all your customer feedback into a single, unified dashboard.

Connect a Review Source

To connect a review source, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.
2. Select a platform (e.g., Google Business or Trustpilot).
3. Provide the necessary authentication or URL.
4. Click Sync Reviews.

Prooflio will now begin importing your history and will automatically monitor for new reviews based on your plan’s sync frequency.

Support for 35+ Native Integrations

Direct API or URL-based connections to:

• Google Business: Sign in with your Google account to import and reply to reviews.
• G2, Trustpilot, Capterra: Simply enter your profile URL to start fetching reviews.
• Amazon: Track product reviews and ratings.
• Product Hunt: Monitor your product’s engagement and feedback.
• Yelp: Import local business reviews.
• App Store & Google Play: Track mobile app ratings and feedback.

CSV Import

For reviews from platforms not yet natively supported or historic spreadsheets:

1. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.
2. Select CSV Import.
3. Upload your review data in the perfect size and format for any platform.
4. Prooflio will automatically import your ratings and sentiment.

Collect New Reviews

Use Branded Forms to ask customers for text or video testimonials directly:

1. Navigate to Forms in the sidebar.
2. Create a custom collection form for your brand.
3. Choose the reviews you want to collect (text or video).
4. Customize the design to match your brand colors and typography.
5. Share the form with your customers via email or on your website.
